Short description
The special version of the PYROJACKET® protective sleeve is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of the aviation, railway, and marine industries, ensuring compliance with SAE Aerospace Standard 1072E, DIN EN 45545-2:2013-08, and DNV certification for diameters from 13 mm to 127 mm, tested at +800°C for 30 minutes in accordance with ISO 15540. It is also approved by MSHA for safe use in mining environments. For even greater flexibility, the VCO variant with flame-retardant Velcro is available in diameters from 22 mm to 140 mm and lengths up to 30 meters, enabling quick installation without the need to disconnect cables, hoses, or pipes. Manufactured from high-quality fiberglass coated with durable silicone in a distinctive rusty shade, the sleeve guarantees reliable protection in extreme conditions, withstanding continuous temperatures from -54°C to +260°C, short-term exposure up to +1093°C for 15–20 minutes, and even +1650°C for 15–30 seconds. This makes it the ideal solution for industries where safety, durability, and ease of use are critical.
