FRL Compressed Air Preparation Unit – BIT Series

The complete mini-FRL unit series BIT with shaped membrane is designed to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability in pneumatic systems, combining compact dimensions with outstanding performance. Engineered for high flow rates with minimal pressure drop, it guarantees optimal air preparation even at low flow values, while its advanced condensate separation system and proportional oil dosing mechanism provide consistent protection and lubrication for downstream equipment. With a supply pressure of up to 13 bar and operating temperature up to +50°C, the unit offers versatile output pressure ranges of 0–2, 0–4, 0–8, and 0–12 bar, making it adaptable to a wide spectrum of applications. Available filtration degrees of 5 µm, 20 µm, and 50 µm ensure precise air quality tailored to system requirements. The unit features BSP connections in 1/8" and 1/4", with a dedicated BSP 1/8" port for pressure gauge integration. For maximum convenience, condensate drain options include manual, semi-automatic (RMSA), and automatic (SAC) versions. Delivering a flow capacity of 280 l/min at 6 bar input pressure (Δp = 1 bar), the BIT series stands out as a compact yet powerful solution that enhances productivity, extends equipment lifespan, and ensures consistent performance in demanding industrial environments.
