The non-drip flat-face quick coupling plug is engineered for demanding hydraulic applications, particularly in construction machinery exposed to extreme pressure surges. Designed for maximum reliability and ease of use, it allows convenient one-hand operation, ensuring fast and efficient connection even in challenging environments. For systems requiring additional safety, the plug is also available with a static pressure eliminator. Manufactured from durable steel with a high-performance zinc-nickel coating, it guarantees long-lasting resistance to wear and corrosion, while the 3/16" size is protected with a zinc finish. The coupling is fully interchangeable with ISO-F quick couplings from other manufacturers and complies with ISO 16028 standards, excluding the 3/16" size. Depending on the working conditions, users can select between NBR seals, operating from -25°C to +100°C, or viton seals, resistant to temperatures from -15°C to +200°C. With a working pressure of up to 720 bar, this quick coupling plug ensures secure, leak-free performance in hydraulic power transmission and industrial applications, delivering efficiency, safety, and durability in every use.
