SYNTESI® Series LUB Compressed Air Lubricator

The pneumatic lubricator offers a reliable and efficient way to maintain optimal lubrication in pneumatic systems by generating a fine oil mist that protects actuating devices and extends their service life. Utilizing the Venturi nozzle effect, the device ensures precise oil suction, while the adjustable needle allows accurate regulation of droplet quantity in the airflow. Designed for versatility, it features auxiliary connections on both front and rear surfaces, enabling easy integration with manometers, pressure sensors, or additional air intake points. Available in two sizes, SY1 with a 60 cm³ tank and SY2 with a 130 cm³ tank, the lubricator adapts to diverse industrial needs. SY1 operates at supply pressures up to 15 bar, while SY2 supports up to 13 bar, both within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. Flexible BSP connections from 1/8" to 3/8" for SY1 and from 3/8" to 1" for SY2 ensure compatibility with various system setups. High flow rates—ranging from 1600 l/min at 1/8" to 6100 l/min at 1" (at 6 bar inlet pressure, Δp = 1 bar)—guarantee efficient performance even in demanding applications.
