GUARDIAN® ELECTRO Anti-Static Protective Shielding Hose

This high-performance pressure hose is designed as a reliable protective cover for cooling electrical hoses in demanding metallurgical environments. Its inner layer, made of durable black EPDM rubber, ensures resistance to hot cooling water, process water, corrosion inhibitors, and antifreeze solutions, while both inner and outer layers remain non-conductive, providing electrical resistance above 10¹⁰ Ω/m and dielectric strength exceeding 6 kV/mm. Reinforced with a robust textile braid, the hose withstands working pressures up to 10 bar and burst pressures up to 30 bar, offering dependable safety margins in critical operations. The outer layer, crafted from black CR rubber, is engineered to resist aging, ozone, and radiant heat emitted by electric arc furnaces, while its self-extinguishing properties meet ASTM C-542 standards, ensuring enhanced fire safety. With a bend radius optimized for 1 bar pressure and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +90°C (withstanding peaks up to +110°C), this hose guarantees long-lasting performance, flexibility, and protection even under extreme industrial conditions.
