The high-pressure two-way ball valve is engineered for maximum reliability and precision in demanding applications across the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and process engineering sectors, ensuring safe and efficient control of both liquids and gases. Designed for pipe or panel mounting, it guarantees exceptional sealing integrity with minimal internal leakage of just 0.1 Ncm³/min, while its robust construction delivers long service life and smooth, low-torque operation. Each unit undergoes rigorous nitrogen pressure testing and is certified in accordance with ISO 15848-1:2006 (E), confirming compliance with the highest industry standards. Available in two pressure classes—206 bar and 413 bar—the valve is manufactured from premium AISI 316 stainless steel, with the lower-pressure version also offered in durable brass. The precision-engineered ball is made of AISI 316 steel, while the ergonomic lever, available in nylon with a brass insert or in alternative finishes and colors, ensures ease of use and customization, including options such as metal levers or padlock-ready designs. Advanced sealing solutions with modified PTFE, PCTFE, or PEEK provide reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -34°C to +210°C, making the valve suitable for diverse operating environments. Featuring metric LET-LOK® connections, the valve is optimized for secure installation and dependable operation, with factory-adjusted packing seals and the option for fine-tuning to meet specific system requirements.
