Designed for pipe or panel mounting, it delivers exceptional sealing integrity with a maximum internal leakage of just 0.1 Ncm³/min, guaranteeing process safety and efficiency. Manufactured from premium AISI 316 stainless steel—casting for the 206 bar version and forging for the 413 bar version—it combines strength with durability, while a brass option is available for the low-pressure 206 bar variant. Each valve undergoes rigorous nitrogen pressure testing and is ISO 15848-1:2006 (E) certified, confirming its compliance with the highest international standards. The valve’s robust construction is complemented by low operating torque, long service life, and versatile sealing options including modified PTFE, PCTFE, or PEEK, enabling reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -34°C to +210°C. With BSPT connections and the option of pneumatic actuation, it offers flexibility for diverse system requirements. Standard levers are made of nylon with a brass insert in black, with alternative colors, metal levers, or padlock-ready versions available for enhanced safety and customization. Designed for fully open or fully closed operation, the valve features a factory-adjusted packing seal for 70 bar, with the possibility of fine-tuning via the stem sealing screw to adapt to specific operating conditions, ensuring maximum reliability and long-term performance.
