The two-part clamp is engineered in line with DIN 20039 A standards, ensuring reliable performance for hose diameters starting from 38 mm, with similar specifications applied from 50 mm upwards. Equipped with separate pressure inserts, it provides a secure and durable connection for hose ends and fittings without a locking flange. Manufactured from premium galvanized ductile cast iron with yellow passivation free from hexavalent chromium, the clamp guarantees both strength and corrosion resistance. Models from LU-SL-400 to LU-SL-988 feature additional reinforcement, making them the ideal choice for larger diameters and demanding applications. When paired with a properly selected hose and end fitting, the clamp delivers a working pressure resistance of up to 16 bar, offering a dependable solution for industrial environments where safety, durability, and efficiency are essential.
