Thanks to the short distance between the lubricator and the tool, a steady and consistent oil supply is guaranteed, effectively protecting internal components from corrosion and significantly reducing wear of moving parts. The transparent reservoir allows constant monitoring of the oil level, making maintenance simple and efficient. The oil mist is generated naturally by the airflow, with a factory-set dosing of approximately 50 mm³ per 1 m³ of air, providing up to 10 hours of operation at a flow rate of 109 l/min. For optimal performance, the lubricator operates at a maximum pressure of 8 bar (recommended 6.2 bar) and within a temperature range of -5°C to +60°C. Built with durable materials—NBR seals, an aluminum housing, and an acetal tank—it ensures long-lasting reliability even in demanding working environments.
