The VFR + L series NEW DEAL set is a robust and versatile solution designed to ensure maximum reliability even in demanding industrial environments. Equipped with a piston-type pressure reducing valve, it integrates a shut-off valve, air filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator, guaranteeing stable output pressure despite fluctuations in supply and enabling efficient operation at low flow rates. The innovative V3V valve allows for rapid aeration and venting of the system, significantly improving process safety and efficiency. Available with BSP thread connections from 1/4" to 1", the unit supports supply pressures up to 18 bar and discharge pressures up to 10 bar, with adjustable output ranges of 0–8 or 0–12 bar. Offering filtration options of 4 µm, 20 µm, or 50 µm, as well as manual, semi-automatic (RMSA), or automatic (SAC, RA) condensate discharge, it provides flexibility tailored to specific applications. With a pressure gauge connection of BSP 1/8", operating temperature up to +50°C, and nominal flow rates from 480 l/min at 1/4" to 1900 l/min at 3/8" and 1/2" (at 6 bar input, Δp = 1 bar), this set delivers consistent performance, durability, and efficiency, making it an ideal choice for industries seeking reliable compressed air preparation systems.
