The straight end TRI-CLAMP with self-clamping hose fitting series 3C type EM is a versatile and reliable solution designed for demanding applications in laboratories, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, and the food industry. Manufactured in compliance with DIN 32676, ISO 2852, and BS 4825 standards, it ensures compatibility and safety across a wide range of systems. The fitting is engineered for use with rigid hoses and tubes made of PTFE, FEP, PFA fluoropolymers, glass, metal, as well as polyamide (PA) and polyethylene (PE), offering exceptional flexibility in integration. Its innovative locking mechanism, based on a locking ring and nut, guarantees secure hose or tube fixation, while a PTFE sealing ring provides reliable tightness without reducing the internal diameter, thus maintaining optimal media flow. Available in durable polypropylene or PVDF, the fitting withstands working pressures up to 6 bar. Gaskets tailored to specific media requirements can be ordered separately in EPDM, FKM, Gylon®, or PTFE, ensuring maximum compatibility and performance.
