Short description

The three-piece medium-pressure ball valve is engineered for the most demanding industrial environments, ensuring reliable performance in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and process engineering applications for both liquids and gases. Designed for pipeline installation, it offers a wide size range to guarantee optimal flow capacity, exceptionally tight shut-off with minimal internal leakage of just 0.1 Ncm³/min, and long-lasting durability with low operating torque. Each unit undergoes rigorous nitrogen pressure testing and is certified in accordance with ISO 15848-1:2006 (E), confirming its compliance with the highest international standards. Manufactured from robust AISI 316 stainless steel castings for the body, connections, ball, and stem, and complemented by a lever made of AISI 304 steel with PVC coating, the valve combines strength with ergonomic handling. The standard yellow lever with lock ensures safe operation, with oval-shaped levers available as an option. Advanced sealing solutions include PTFE ball seals as standard, with enhanced alternatives such as modified PTFE, PTFE with stainless steel powder, UHMWPE, or PEEK for higher performance, while the stem seal utilizes reinforced PTFE with fiberglass and graphite for maximum reliability. With a working pressure of up to 103 bar and operating temperatures reaching +186°C (depending on sealing material), this valve guarantees efficiency and safety in critical processes. Equipped with inch LET-LOK® connections, it is designed for straightforward installation and secure integration. For optimal performance, the factory-adjusted packing seals are set for 70 bar, with the option for periodic stem seal adjustment to adapt to specific operating conditions, ensuring long-term operational excellence.
