Short description

This three-piece medium-pressure ball valve is engineered for maximum reliability in demanding industrial environments, ensuring precise control of liquids and gases across chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and process engineering applications. Designed for direct pipeline installation, it offers a wide size range to guarantee optimal flow capacity, exceptionally tight shut-off with minimal internal leakage of just 0.1 Ncm³/min, and long-lasting durability with low operating torque. Each unit undergoes rigorous nitrogen pressure testing and is certified according to ISO 15848-1:2006 (E), confirming its compliance with the highest international standards. Manufactured from premium AISI 316 stainless steel for the body, ball, and stem, with robust AISI 304 steel and PVC levers, the valve combines strength with corrosion resistance. The standard PTFE ball seal ensures reliable performance, while advanced sealing options such as modified PTFE, PTFE with stainless steel powder, UHMWPE, or PEEK are available for more demanding conditions. Stem sealing is reinforced with MG1241 (PTFE with fiberglass and graphite) or standard PTFE, providing enhanced resistance under pressure. With a working pressure of up to 103 bar and operating temperatures reaching +186°C (depending on sealing material), this valve guarantees safe and efficient operation even under extreme conditions. Standard features include a yellow lever with lock, with oval levers available on request, and metric LET-LOK® connections for secure installation. For optimal performance, valves are designed to function fully open or closed, with factory-adjusted packing seals for 70 bar, and simple stem seal adjustments possible to adapt to varying operating conditions.
