Available in two robust pressure versions—206 bar and 413 bar—the valve is manufactured from premium AISI 316 stainless steel, with casting for the 206 bar model and forging for the 413 bar model; a brass option is also offered for the lower pressure range. The precision-engineered ball is made of AISI 316 steel, while the lever features a durable nylon body with a brass insert, available in standard black or customized finishes, including metal or padlock-ready versions. Advanced sealing solutions with modified PTFE ensure reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -34°C to +210°C, with optional materials such as PCTFE or PEEK for demanding conditions. Designed for pipe or panel mounting, the valve is also available with pneumatic actuation for automated systems. With GW NPT connections and factory-adjusted packing for 70 bar, it provides dependable installation, while easy stem sealing adjustment ensures long-term operational reliability.
