Manual Compressed Air Shut-Off Valve V3V, No End Fittings, SYNTESI® Series

The SYNTESI® V3V series manual shut-off valve is a reliable solution designed to ensure maximum safety and efficiency in pneumatic systems. This three-way, two-position, normally closed valve effectively isolates the supply air while simultaneously venting the system, making it an ideal choice for maintenance operations. Its robust safety design allows the installation of two padlocks (size SY1) or three padlocks (size SY2) with a 3 mm diameter, with an alternative version available featuring a Ø 7 hole for a single padlock. For added versatility, the valve is equipped with auxiliary connections on both the front and rear surfaces—1/8” for SY1 and 1/4” for SY2—enabling easy integration of pressure gauges, sensors, or additional air intakes. With a supply pressure capacity of up to 15 bar, an operating temperature range from -10°C to +50°C, and a nominal flow rate reaching 4000 l/min (depending on size, at 6 bar inlet pressure and Δp = 1 bar), this valve guarantees dependable performance in demanding industrial environments.
