REG Compressed Air Pressure Reducing Valve, SYNTESI® Series

The REG pressure reducing valve from the SYNTESI® series is a high-performance solution designed to ensure stable and precise regulation of operating pressure in pneumatic systems, regardless of fluctuations in medium consumption. Its innovative shaped diaphragm, offering greater travel than traditional flat diaphragms, guarantees higher nominal flow rates, exceptional sensitivity, and rapid response to adjustments, while minimizing friction for maximum accuracy in maintaining the set output pressure. In case of pressure exceeding the preset value, the integrated diaphragm automatically activates the drain valve, releasing excess air until the correct level is restored. For enhanced safety and control, the push-lock mechanism allows the adjustment knob to be secured in any position, while the locking plate provides the option of padlock installation to prevent unauthorized changes. Additional front and rear connections enable easy integration with pressure gauges, pneumatic-electric relays, or plug couplings, with all extracted air already reduced. Available in sizes SY1 and SY2, the valve offers a wide output pressure range from 0 to 12 bar, supply pressure up to 15 bar, and operating temperatures between -10°C and +50°C.
