The straight end TRI-CLAMP with self-clamping hose stub series 3C type EM is a versatile connection solution designed for demanding applications in laboratories, medical facilities, pharmaceutical production, chemical processing, and the food industry. Manufactured in compliance with DIN 32676, ISO 2852, and BS 4825 standards, it ensures reliability and compatibility with international systems. The component is supplied without a gasket, allowing users to select the appropriate sealing material—EPDM, FKM, Gylon®, or PTFE—based on the medium in use. Engineered for smooth, flexible, and unreinforced hoses made of PVC, PA, PUR, PTFE, FKM, silicone, or TYGON®, it incorporates an integrated sleeve that simplifies assembly. Secure hose locking is achieved through a clamping ring positioned inside the knurled nut, which, thanks to its flexibility, can be reused multiple times without compromising performance.
