UNITOP CMPC Actuator, Piston Rod with External Thread, Ø32–100

The CMPC series compact actuator with externally threaded piston rod combines lightweight design and short build, making it an excellent choice for installations in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. Its specially engineered profile, firmly connected to the end covers with screws, ensures outstanding axial rigidity while offering versatile mounting possibilities. Depending on the version, the actuator can be supplied with or without an integrated piston magnet, while profile grooves enable the direct installation of magnetic sensors without the need for additional accessories. Produced in compliance with NFE 49-004-1 and 2 (UNITOP) standards, the actuator guarantees easy selection, quick replacement, and reduced downtime during machine maintenance. Selected models feature a through-hole piston rod, further expanding application flexibility. Available in piston diameters from Ø32 to Ø100, the series includes both single-acting and double-acting types, with piston rods made of C45 chrome-plated steel or stainless steel for enhanced durability. Operating within a pressure range of 0.4–0.6 bar minimum (depending on diameter) up to 10 bar maximum, and a temperature range from -10°C to +80°C, the CMPC actuator delivers reliable performance, precision, and efficiency across a wide variety of industrial applications.
