Professional pipe bending

At Tubes International, we offer pipe bending services for seamless hydraulic pipes made of black, zinc-plated and stainless steel pipes with diameters from 6 up to 42 mm.

On the basis of technical drawings, 3D files or patterns supplied, we prepare pipe isometric projections and computer simulations.

3D pipe bending process utilizes, for example, XYZ data format and semi-automatic control to deliver reliable and fully repeatable bends.

At Tubes International we will reproduce your old, worm assemblies made of hydraulic precision pipes by measuring their details with a highly precise tool – a  measuring arm. Here, a non-contact laser measuring probe captures the geometry of the pipe. This service can also include the production of pipe assemblies with connections intended specifically for high pressure hydraulics (DIN2353, JIC 37⁰, ORFS, SAE and many more) ready to be mounted on the hydraulic system.

  • A pipe sample, prototype or technical drawing can be employed to obtain data for our pipe bending machine.

  • This data can be further used to produce highly accurate design documentation.
