Universal Fuel & Oil Suction and Discharge Hose – OIL STREAM STAR SD
This suction and discharge hose is engineered for the safe and efficient transfer of a wide range of liquid petrochemical products, including fuels, gasoline, diesel, heating oil, lubricants, and media containing up to 50% aromatic hydrocarbons. Its inner layer is crafted from smooth, black, antistatic NBR rubber, effectively dissipating electrostatic charges (10^4 Ω < R < 10^9 Ω) to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments. Reinforced with high-strength synthetic cord and durable steel spirals, the hose offers excellent resistance to pressure and vacuum, supporting a working pressure of 10 bar and vacuum up to 0.9 bar. The outer layer, also made of black NBR rubber, provides superior resistance to oil, abrasion, and weather conditions, extending service life even in outdoor applications. Thanks to its relatively low weight and flexible construction, the hose is easy to handle, install, and maneuver, making it a versatile solution for fuel transfer and other compatible media. Designed to perform in a wide temperature range from -35°C to +80°C, it guarantees reliability, safety, and efficiency in typical industrial operations.
