The VAPOFER EN ISO 6134 steam hose is a premium, heavy-duty solution designed for the safe and efficient transfer of saturated and superheated steam in demanding industrial environments. Built with a durable black EPDM inner layer, it offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and steam, while the double steel wire braid reinforcement ensures outstanding strength, flexibility, and safety under pressure. The robust outer layer, made of black synthetic microperforated rubber, is engineered to withstand oil, grease, petrochemical products, abrasion, weathering, and aging, making it ideal for use in the chemical, petrochemical, and energy sectors, as well as in other industries where reliability is critical. With a working pressure of 18 bar and an operating temperature range from -40°C up to +210°C (temporarily up to +232°C), this hose guarantees performance even under extreme conditions. Its antistatic properties (R ≤10⁶ Ω) and compliance with EN ISO 6134/05 type 2 class B standards ensure maximum safety and adherence to international requirements.
