Manual Gas Butterfly Valve Type 1141H
The centric WAFER-type butterfly valve is a reliable solution designed for industrial gas installations in pressure class MOP5, ensuring safe and efficient flow control. It can be operated manually or equipped with a pneumatic actuator, while the ergonomic aluminum lever allows precise positioning in nine stages, including fully open, fully closed, and intermediate settings. Manufactured in compliance with the PED Directive 2014/68/EU and certified by NF ROBGAZ according to EN 13774 and EN 549, the valve guarantees high safety and quality standards. The robust body is made of ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 with an epoxy coating of 250–300 µm, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. Depending on the size, the disc is crafted from stainless steel CF8M (up to DN100) or ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 (from DN125), while the stem is produced from durable stainless steel AISI 420. The sealing system with NBR ensures tightness and reliability in demanding conditions. With flange connections PN10/PN16 for DN32–DN200 and ASA150 for DN40–DN200, the valve offers versatile installation options. Designed to operate in a temperature range from -20°C to +60°C, it delivers consistent performance, making it an ideal choice for modern gas distribution systems where durability, safety, and operational flexibility are essential.
