The CMPC series compact actuator with externally threaded piston rod combines a lightweight structure with a short installation length, making it an ideal solution for applications where space is limited and accessibility is challenging. Its specially designed profile, securely fastened to the end covers with screws, guarantees excellent axial rigidity and broadens the range of possible mounting configurations. The integrated piston magnet and profile grooves enable seamless use of magnetic sensors without the need for additional components, ensuring precise control and simplified installation. Fully compliant with ISO 15552, the actuator allows quick selection, easy integration, and effortless replacement during maintenance, reducing downtime and boosting efficiency. Available in piston diameters from Ø32 to Ø100, it is offered in double-acting, double-acting with through piston rod, and single-acting versions, providing flexibility for diverse industrial requirements. The piston rod, made of C45 chrome-plated steel or stainless steel, ensures durability and resistance to demanding conditions. With an operating pressure range from 0.4–0.6 bar minimum (depending on size) up to 10 bar maximum, and a temperature tolerance from -10°C to +80°C, the CMPC actuator delivers reliable performance, making it a robust and versatile choice for modern automation systems.
