This lightweight and highly flexible antistatic hose (R<3×10⁴ Ω/m) is engineered for safe and efficient transfer of solvents, paints, isocyanates, polyols, gases, and water-based fluids, as well as compressed air. Built in compliance with ISO 8031, SAE 100R8, and ISO 3949-R8 standards, it ensures reliability and durability even in demanding industrial environments. The inner polyamide layer provides excellent chemical resistance, while the double aramid braid with conductive fibers guarantees superior pressure performance and secure electrostatic discharge. Its microperforated polyurethane outer layer enhances abrasion resistance and extends service life, making it ideal for intensive use. Designed to operate in extreme conditions, the hose withstands temperatures from -40°C to +100°C (up to +70°C for water and air), offering consistent performance and safety across a wide range of applications.
