SAHARA® LL BD & LL BN/PRO – Hot Air Suction and Discharge Hose
This highly durable and flexible suction and discharge hose is engineered for the efficient transfer of hot, dry air from compressors to tank installations, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding conditions. Its construction allows for a very small bend radius, making it the perfect solution for road tankers transporting bulk materials such as cement or animal feed, as well as for a wide range of industrial applications. The inner layer is made of white EPR rubber, reinforced with a strong synthetic braid and steel spiral, while the outer layer, available in blue (SAHARA® LL BD) or black (SAHARA® LL BN/PRO) EPDM rubber, provides excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, and external damage. Designed to withstand working pressures up to 10 bar, the hose operates flawlessly in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C, withstanding peaks up to +240°C. Available in standard lengths of 60 or 120 meters, it combines strength, flexibility, and long-lasting resistance, offering a dependable solution for industries that demand maximum safety and efficiency.
