Is the PVC Nipple – Connector for Joining 2 Quick Couplings suitable for use at pressures up to 6 bar and outdoor conditions?

Yes. The PVC Nipple – Connector for Joining 2 Quick Couplings is suitable for outdoor use and for working pressures up to 6 bar. Made from durable PVC, it resists outdoor conditions while maintaining strength and flexibility, and its precise fit minimizes leaks to ensure reliable performance for gardening, lawn care, and cleaning tasks.

Can the PVC Nipple – Connector for Joining 2 Quick Couplings be used to join hoses of different diameters or only matching quick coupling sizes?

PVC Nipple – Connector for Joining 2 Quick Couplings can only be used to join hoses that have matching quick coupling sizes. The product is described as fitting two garden hoses equipped with quick coupling sockets and providing a precise fit to minimize leaks. Because it relies on the quick coupling interface for a secure, leak‑free connection, mismatched coupling diameters or incompatible quick coupling types will not seal properly and are not suitable for reliable use. If you need to join hoses of different diameters, use an adapter or a reducer specifically designed to convert between the two quick coupling sizes or replace one end with a compatible coupling so both sides match the PVC Nipple – Connector for Joining 2 Quick Couplings.
