The REG pressure reducing valve from the SYNTESI® series, designed without end connections, guarantees precise regulation of working pressure and reliable performance of pneumatic systems, even under fluctuating medium consumption. Its innovative shaped diaphragm ensures higher nominal flow rates by allowing greater diaphragm travel, while minimizing static and kinetic friction for faster response, enhanced sensitivity, and exceptional accuracy in maintaining the desired outlet pressure. In case of pressure increase above the set value, the integrated diaphragm mechanism automatically vents excess pressure, restoring balance instantly. The ergonomic push-lock knob enables secure adjustment and locking in any position, while the locking plate allows padlock installation to prevent unauthorized changes. Additional front and rear 1/8” connections (1/4” for SY2) provide versatile options for attaching pressure gauges, pneumatic-electric relays, or plug couplings, with reduced air output for optimal efficiency. Available in sizes SY1 and SY2, the valve offers outlet pressure ranges of 0–2, 0–4, 0–8, and 0–12 bar, with supply pressures up to 15 bar (SY1) and 13 bar (SY2). Operating reliably between -10°C and +50°C, it features BSP female threads from 1/8″ to 3/8″ (SY1) and 3/8″ to 1″ (SY2). Impressive flow capacities range from 1200 l/min to 7600 l/min, ensuring maximum performance across diverse applications, making it a robust and versatile solution for modern pneumatic installations.
