Is the Non‑Freezing Pressure Washer Gun SG31 with 1/4" BSP GW Outlet safe for continuous use at operating temperatures up to +160°C?

Yes. The Non‑Freezing Pressure Washer Gun SG31 with 1/4" BSP GW Outlet is rated to withstand operating temperatures up to +160°C, so it is safe for continuous use within that temperature limit. Designed for demanding industrial environments, the SG31 is engineered for hot-water applications with a working pressure up to 280 bar (max 310 bar) and a flow rate of 30 l/min, and its high-strength plastic housing provides durability and resistance to wear during prolonged operation. Ensure installation and system conditions (pressure, fittings, seals, and medium) comply with the manufacturer’s specifications and maintenance recommendations to maintain safe continuous use.

Can the Non‑Freezing Pressure Washer Gun SG31 with 1/4" BSP GW Outlet be connected to rotating fittings without affecting its 280–310 bar pressure rating?

Yes. The Non‑Freezing Pressure Washer Gun SG31 with 1/4" BSP GW Outlet can be fitted with rotating (swivel) connections without affecting its specified pressure ratings. The SG31 is offered with either a fixed or rotating connection version, and its construction and materials are engineered to withstand a working pressure up to 280 bar and a maximum of 310 bar. Using the correct 1/4" BSP rotating fitting designed for high‑pressure applications will maintain the gun’s integrity and pressure performance, provided fittings, seals and installation meet the same pressure and temperature specifications (including compatibility with up to +160°C operation). Ensure all components are rated to at least the gun’s maximum pressure and are properly assembled to preserve safety and performance.
