The inner layer is made of high-quality black EPDM rubber, while the outer layer, available in black or red micro-perforated EPDM, ensures resistance to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it operates reliably at a working pressure of 18 bar and withstands temperatures from -40°C up to +210°C, with short-term resistance reaching +232°C. To guarantee optimal performance and extended service life, the hose should be emptied of steam after use, preventing condensate accumulation. It is not suitable for “dry steam cleaners,” but when used with dedicated screw-on fittings for water vapor, it ensures maximum safety and efficiency. Available in standard lengths of 60 m, with the option of 120 m upon request from Tubes International, this hose is the ideal solution for industries requiring reliable steam conveyance under extreme conditions.
