Universal Hose for Air, Water & Light Chemicals CODAN 3320
This universal, highly flexible rubber pressure hose is designed for versatile use with air, cold and hot water, as well as light chemicals, offering excellent resistance to acetates and ketones. It is also suitable for dispersive water-based epoxy and polyurethane paints, making it a reliable solution for a wide range of industrial and professional applications. Built with a robust structure and minimal elongation under pressure, the hose ensures durability and consistent performance, even when mounted on reels. The inner layer, made of black EPDM rubber, is electrically conductive (R<10⁶ Ω, EN ISO 8031), while the outer EPDM layer provides outstanding resistance to ozone and weathering, guaranteeing long service life in demanding environments. Reinforced with a strong PVA textile braid, the hose withstands working pressures up to 20 bar and operates efficiently in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +95°C. Not recommended for use with oils, fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, cellulose paints, chlorinated rubber, or solvents such as toluene, xylene, or gasoline. For specialized chemical applications, consultation with Tubes International is advised to ensure optimal safety and performance.
