Clamp DIN 3015 Standard, Polyamide, Type 100
The DIN 3015 standard clamp type 100 (without top plate) provides a reliable and efficient solution for fastening pipes, tubes, and hoses in a wide range of industrial applications, including both land-based and marine installations. Designed for quick assembly and long-lasting performance, the clamp ensures secure and visually neat mounting while meeting the strict requirements of the DIN 3015 standard. The base can be welded directly to the structure, with alternative options for bolting or rail mounting to suit different installation needs. The profiled interior surface guarantees a stable grip on the pipe, while the fastening system varies depending on size: one hexagon socket screw for group 0 and two screws for groups 1 to 6. Manufactured from self-extinguishing polyamide with galvanized steel screws and a carbon steel base, the clamp offers excellent durability and resistance to demanding conditions, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +180°C. To enhance flexibility, additional accessories such as extended plates, rails, and mounting screws are available, allowing tailored solutions for specific projects. For optimal configuration and selection of components, consultation with TUBES INTERNATIONAL® is recommended.
