Durable Suction & Delivery Hose for Dry Cement, Coal, Minerals, and Steel Shot – ALUSPHERE SPO 10 SF®
The ALUSPHERE suction and pressure hose is a high-performance solution engineered for pneumatic transport of dry, highly abrasive materials, offering exceptional durability and reliability in the most demanding industrial environments. Its innovative construction features a smooth inner layer of black antistatic natural rubber reinforced with alumina (Al₂O₃) ceramic balls, ensuring outstanding resistance to wear and extending service life far beyond that of standard abrasion-resistant hoses. Built-in copper wire provides safe dissipation of electrostatic charges when grounded, while the corrugated outer layer of black antistatic SBR/NR rubber guarantees resistance to abrasion, weathering, and aging. Reinforced with synthetic cord and a steel spiral, the hose withstands working pressures of 8–10 bar (depending on diameter), vacuum up to 0.9 bar, and operating temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. Designed for use with the GHIBLI system of external aluminum half-flanges PN10, it ensures secure and efficient installation. Ideal for transporting dry cement, coal, coke, minerals, ceramic powders, steel shot, glass shards, fiberglass, and other abrasive substances, the ALUSPHERE hose is trusted in steelworks, coking plants, power plants, cement factories, mines, glassworks, and insulation material production. Its key advantage lies in its longevity—while conventional hoses may last only days under extreme conditions, ALUSPHERE delivers reliable performance for several months, reducing downtime and replacement costs while maximizing operational efficiency.
