ESSEN LL® Cooling Water Suction & Discharge Hose

This highly durable suction and discharge hose is engineered for demanding cooling applications in foundries, smelters, and environments where hoses must perform reliably in close proximity to extreme heat sources. Its robust construction features a black SBR rubber inner layer, reinforced with a synthetic cord and steel spiral, ensuring excellent resistance to vacuum up to 0.9 bar and working pressures of 10 bar. The outer layer, made of EPDM rubber combined with a glass fiber covering, provides outstanding protection against thermal radiation, withstanding external temperatures up to +530°C. Designed to operate in a wide range from -40°C to +70°C internally, this hose guarantees safe and efficient cooling even under the harshest industrial conditions.
