Extremely durable and engineered for demanding applications, the ECO hose is a premium solution for vacuum extraction and transport of highly abrasive materials such as sand, gravel, or grain. Its thick wall combined with a dense steel wire spiral ensures outstanding resistance to vacuum pressure, while the smooth inner surface guarantees efficient material flow without clogging. Designed for intensive industrial use, it performs reliably in loading and unloading silos, vehicles, suction excavators, and during transloading from tankers. Available in two variants, ECO 2.0 and ECO 2.5, the hose offers tailored performance: ECO 2.0 provides maximum vacuum resistance thanks to its tighter spiral, while ECO 2.5 delivers greater flexibility and elasticity, especially in larger diameters. Resistant to abrasion, oils, gasoline, microbes, and hydrolysis, the hose remains elastic even at very low temperatures, operating safely from -40°C up to +100°C, withstanding peaks of +125°C. Made of transparent polyester-polyurethane and free from halogens and plasticizers, it is non-toxic and environmentally responsible, produced in compliance with sustainable development standards using recycled raw materials, renewable energy, and closed water cycles. Each hose is clearly marked with a directional arrow for correct installation, with wall thickness measured between spirals (2.0 mm or 2.5 mm depending on the model), and additional diameters available on request.
