High-Temperature Chemical Vapour Transfer Hose GRIPFLEX SILTEF / SILTEF EL, up to 250°C
This lightweight, highly flexible, and compressible two-layer hose is engineered for the safe discharge of aggressive vapors, gases, dust, and fibers, as well as for hot air applications, offering exceptional durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments. Its inner layer of PTFE ensures outstanding resistance to even the most aggressive chemicals, with the standard white PTFE version meeting strict FDA requirements for food industry use, while the black conductive PTFE version (EL) provides antistatic protection with electrical conductivity up to R ≤10⁶ Ω. The outer layer, made of silicone-coated glass fabric in elegant silver-gray, combined with a robust galvanized steel spiral, guarantees resistance to high temperatures up to +250°C, as well as protection against UV radiation, ozone, weathering, and flames. The hose’s strong construction withstands vibrations, stretching, tearing, and impacts, while its high compressibility ratio of 1:6 ensures easy handling and space-saving storage. Available in lengths from 2 to 10 meters and with optional stainless steel spiral reinforcement from 80 mm diameter, it is the ideal solution for industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, foundry, ceramics, and glass.
