Neoprene 2 Exhaust & Gas Extraction Hose
This lightweight yet highly durable hose is engineered for maximum flexibility and elasticity, making it the ideal solution for extracting hot vapors, smoke, gases, and for efficient air blowing or cooling applications. Built as a reinforced version of the NEOPRENE 1 model, it features two layers of glass fabric impregnated with premium black CR rubber (Neoprene®) and a robust steel spiral reinforcement placed between the layers, ensuring excellent resistance to chemicals, UV radiation, and aging. Its smooth interior surface in a straightened state guarantees optimal airflow, while the small bending radius allows effortless installation even in confined spaces of industrial equipment or vehicles. Perfectly suited for demanding environments, it is widely used in plastic processing for hot air in granulate dryers and film blowers, in paint dryers within printing houses, in various industrial and electronic drying systems, as well as in vehicles, engines, incinerators, and for the safe extraction of exhaust and welding gases. Designed for reliability and versatility, the hose operates within a wide temperature range from -35°C to +135°C, withstanding peaks up to +150°C. Easy to mount with clamps, it is also available in customized diameters, lengths, and with soft ends on request, offering tailored solutions for specialized industrial needs.
