The NEW DEAL series filter with integrated piston-type pressure regulator ensures exceptional reliability and efficiency in compressed air systems, making it ideal for installation directly within the system or near actuating devices. Designed for versatile use, it offers wall mounting through dedicated housing holes and is available in sizes 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″. With an adjustable output pressure range of 0–8 or 0–12 bar and a supply pressure capacity up to 18 bar (up to 10 bar for RA drain), it guarantees stable performance even under demanding conditions. The unit operates at temperatures up to +50°C and features BSP female thread connections (1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″) along with a 1/8″ BSP port for pressure gauge installation. For maximum flexibility, it provides different condensate drain options: manual, semi-automatic (RMSA), or fully automatic (SAC). Delivering impressive flow rates of 700 l/min for 1/4″ and up to 2500 l/min for 3/8″ and 1/2″ at 6 bar inlet pressure (Δp = 1 bar), this filter-regulator combination is a reliable solution for maintaining clean, regulated air supply, ensuring long-lasting protection and optimal performance of pneumatic equipment.
