REG Series Compressed Air Pressure Reducing Valve, SYNTESI® – No End Connections
The REG pressure reducing valve from the SYNTESI® series is a high-performance solution designed to ensure stable and precise regulation of working pressure, guaranteeing reliable operation of pneumatic systems regardless of fluctuating medium consumption. Its innovative shaped diaphragm, offering a longer stroke than traditional flat diaphragms, delivers higher nominal flow rates, exceptional sensitivity, and faster response to pressure adjustments, while minimizing friction for maximum accuracy. The practical “push-lock” mechanism secures the knob in any position, and the integrated locking plate allows the use of a padlock to prevent unauthorized changes. With front and rear air connections, the valve enables easy integration of pressure gauges, pneumatic-electric relays, or plug couplings, while the direct input-output configuration supports the installation of multiple valves side by side, each independently adjustable from a single supply source. Available in sizes SY1 and SY2, the valve offers output pressure ranges of 0–2, 0–4, 0–8, and 0–12 bar, with supply pressures up to 15 bar depending on size, and operating temperatures from -10°C to +50°C. Additional connection options include BSP 1/8″ for SY1 and BSP 1/4″ for SY2, with flow capacities of 500 l/min and 1000 l/min respectively (at 6 bar input pressure, Δp = 1 bar), making it a versatile and efficient choice for demanding pneumatic applications.
