GENOVA® GLOBAL heavy-duty anti-static hose for gasoline and oil discharge
This heavy-duty suction hose is engineered for the safe and efficient transfer of unleaded gasoline, diesel, and liquid fuels containing up to 50% aromatic compounds, making it an ideal solution for industrial and transportation sectors. Designed for use in tank trucks as well as road and rail loading or unloading terminals, it combines durability with advanced safety features. The inner layer is made of smooth, antistatic NBR rubber (R ≤ 10^6 Ω), reinforced with high-strength synthetic cord and two copper wires that ensure electrical continuity when properly connected. The outer layer, crafted from black antistatic synthetic rubber, is self-extinguishing and highly resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and changing weather conditions, with wall resistance up to R ≤ 10^9 Ω. Certified to EN12115:11 (16 bar), EN 1761 (10 bar), ISO 2929 (10 bar), and TRbF standards, it guarantees compliance with the strictest safety requirements. With a working pressure of 16 bar and an operating temperature range from -30°C to +90°C (peaking at +110°C), this hose delivers reliable performance even under extreme conditions. Its robust construction, excellent resistance to petrochemical products, and built-in antistatic protection make it the preferred choice for demanding applications, including areas with explosion risks, provided a professional risk analysis is conducted. A wire-free version (type Ω/T) is also available on request, offering flexibility to meet specific operational needs.
