GENOVA LL® GLOBAL Anti-Static Fuel & Oil Hose – Strong Suction and Discharge
This heavy-duty suction and discharge hose is engineered for the safe and efficient transfer of unleaded gasoline, diesel, and liquid fuels with up to 50% aromatic content, making it an ideal solution for industrial and transportation sectors. Designed for use in tank trucks as well as road and rail loading or unloading terminals, it combines durability with maximum safety. The smooth, antistatic NBR inner layer ensures excellent resistance to petrochemical products, while the robust reinforcement of high-strength cord and steel spiral guarantees stability under demanding conditions. Two integrated copper wires provide reliable electrical continuity when properly connected to fittings, enhancing safety in explosive environments. The outer layer, made of antistatic synthetic rubber, is self-extinguishing and resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and weather, ensuring long service life even in harsh conditions. Certified to EN12115:11, EN 1761, ISO 2929, TRbF, and compliant with ATEX requirements, this hose is recommended for use in explosion hazard zones, provided a risk assessment is carried out by a qualified specialist. With a working pressure of 16 bar and an operating temperature range from -30°C to +90°C (peaking at +110°C), it delivers outstanding performance and reliability. A wire-free version (Ω/T) is also available on request, offering flexibility for specific applications.
