This lightweight yet exceptionally durable flat hose is a universal solution designed for demanding applications in mining, oil, energy, and agriculture. Engineered from hydrolysis- and microbe-resistant polyurethane (polyether) and reinforced with a circumferentially woven polyester braid fully encapsulated in polyurethane through an advanced hot extrusion process, it delivers outstanding strength with minimal elongation under pressure and no risk of kinking or twisting. Its superior resistance to chemicals, microbes, fungi, UV, ozone, and harsh weather conditions ensures reliable performance even in the toughest environments, while excellent abrasion resistance extends service life. Easy to handle, unroll, lay, and store, the hose is ideal for water supply, wastewater discharge, drainage of open-pit mines, sludge transfer, and fertilizer distribution. Available in diameters up to 6” and in special lengths exceeding 200 m, it operates within a wide temperature range from -50°C to +75°C and withstands working pressures from 8 to 27 bar depending on size and conditions. For maximum durability, it is recommended not to exceed one-third of the bursting pressure. Standard roll length is 200 m.
