AVIO GLOBAL C aviation fuel transfer and delivery hose
This exceptionally durable aviation fuel transfer hose is engineered for direct pressure refueling of aircraft as well as for use in airport tanker–dispenser operations where high vacuum is not required. Flexible enough to be wound on reels, it is compatible with turbine engine fuels such as aviation kerosene (Jet A1), aviation gasoline, and fuels containing up to 50% aromatic hydrocarbons. The inner layer, crafted from smooth black NBR rubber, ensures safe fuel flow, while multiple layers of high‑strength synthetic cord provide outstanding reinforcement. Its outer cover, made of black antistatic synthetic rubber, delivers excellent resistance to abrasion, oil, and harsh weather conditions, guaranteeing long service life even in demanding environments. Fully compliant with EN ISO 1825, API 1529:05, AS 2683, VG 95955, and NFPA 407 standards, the hose meets strict aviation safety requirements, including low electrical resistance between ends (10³ Ω < R < 10⁶ Ω, ISO 8031). For enhanced visibility and safety, versions with fluorescent night markings or antistatic cords (type B/M) are available on request. Designed to operate at a working pressure of 20 bar and within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, this hose ensures reliable, efficient, and secure fuel transfer in critical aviation applications.
