The suction and discharge hose is a highly durable solution engineered for the safe transfer of aggressive chemical substances, fuels with high aromatic content, hot oils, and solvents, making it an ideal choice for the petrochemical industry. Its inner layer of smooth black FKM fluorine rubber ensures exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemicals, even at elevated temperatures, while the reinforcement with synthetic cord and steel spiral guarantees strength and flexibility during demanding operations. The outer layer, made of robust CR chloroprene rubber, provides antistatic properties and outstanding resistance to weather, ozone, abrasion, and oils, ensuring long-lasting performance in harsh environments. For additional safety, two integrated copper wires enable effective discharge of electrostatic charges. Designed for applications such as chemical transshipment from road and rail tankers, the hose complies with EN 12115:11 (type M) standards, offering reliability and peace of mind. With a working pressure of 16 bar, vacuum resistance up to 0.9 bar, and an operating temperature range from -25°C to +100°C, this hose delivers maximum efficiency and safety. For confirmation of chemical compatibility and operating conditions, especially above 50°C, consultation with Tubes International is recommended.
