The EW 850 calorimetric flow meter is a precise and versatile solution for monitoring compressed air and nitrogen consumption across a wide range of industrial applications. Based on the principle of sensor cooling by the flowing medium, it delivers highly accurate mass flow measurements without the need for additional pressure or temperature compensation. Available in two robust versions for working pressures up to 16 bar (AISI 304) and up to 40 bar (AISI 316), it ensures reliable performance even in demanding conditions. The device provides real-time flow readings and total consumption data, displayed directly on the screen and easily integrated into control systems via Modbus RTU, 4–20 mA analog output, or pulse signals. Its compact design allows installation at any point in the system, from compressors to end-use tools, while the innovative blind plug enables cleaning or calibration without interrupting operation or requiring a bypass line. With a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to +80°C, accuracy of ±1.5% of the measured value, and durable polycarbonate housing, the EW 850 combines efficiency, flexibility, and ease of maintenance. Ideal for optimizing energy usage and reducing operating costs, it is the perfect choice for companies seeking reliable flow monitoring and long-term savings.

The bimetallic thermometer with rear sensor, manufactured in compliance with EN 13190, is designed for precise temperature measurement of liquids, vapors, and gases in industrial installations, especially within heating systems. Its robust construction ensures fast response to temperature fluctuations, while the clear, easy-to-read scale guarantees convenient operation even in demanding environments. The device is mounted using a screwed protective cover with external thread, which not only shields the sensor but also enables quick replacement of the thermometer without interrupting the process, as the instrument is simply pressed into the cover. For optimal accuracy, at least half of the sensor length should remain immersed in the medium being measured. Available in galvanized steel housing with glass window and brass sensor components, the thermometer is also offered in a stainless steel SS version with IP65 dust-tight protection for enhanced durability. With nominal diameters of 63 mm or 100 mm, housing protection class IP41, accuracy class 2, and sensor lengths of 50, 80, or 100 mm, it adapts to a wide range of applications. The cover withstands up to 160 bar pressure and features a GW BSP 1/2" connection, while the broad measuring range from -30°C to +400°C ensures reliable performance across diverse industrial processes.
