Strong hose delivery intended for conveying and handling oil petroleum, products petrochemical and cuttings drilling mixed with oil petroleum (up to 50% compounds aromatic). Layer inner with black, smooth blend rubber NBR/PVC. Reinforcement layers strength cord synthetic. It has copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends – under a condition correct connection for ends. Layer outer with rubber chloroprene CR, flame-retardant, resistant to oil, water sea, abrasion and conditions atmospheric. Designed as a specialist OFFSHORE hose for use on drilling platforms. Widely used on platforms Sea North, with success used in use onshore. On special order available also versions o higher pressure working (20 bar, 27 bar), with specified force breaking at tension (2T for 2”, 4T for 3” and 7T for 4”, 5” and 6”) and approval type ABS ( American Bureau of Shipping Type Approval ) for complete line.
