Stainless Steel Welded Pressure Pipe
Stainless steel longitudinally welded pipes in accordance with EN 10217-7 (DIN 17457) are designed for demanding pressure applications, ensuring reliability and durability in industrial environments. Manufactured from high-quality AISI 304/304L (1.4301/1.4307) and AISI 316L (1.4404), these pipes are annealed and welded using TIG, HF, or laser technology, providing a smooth, matte, pickled surface finish. With a weld coefficient v = 1.0, tolerances D3/T3, and testing categories TC1 or TC2 depending on the batch, they guarantee consistent performance and compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED). Each pipe is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, confirming full traceability and quality assurance. Standard sections are available in 6 m lengths, with the option of 1 m or 2 m pieces for easier handling, and longer sections can be arranged upon agreement of transport conditions. Thanks to their excellent resistance to pressure and corrosion, these pipes are widely used in the construction of installations, pipelines, and pressure equipment, offering a dependable solution for industries that demand both safety and efficiency.
