Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThis black, opaque, and highly flexible hose made of premium fluoroelastomer (Viton/FKM) is engineered for maximum durability and chemical resistance, making it the ideal solution for demanding laboratory and industrial environments. Designed to withstand fuels, oils, solvents, concentrated acids, bases, alcohols, chlorinated and aromatic agents, it maintains excellent performance even at elevated temperatures ranging from -20°C to +200°C, with short-term resistance up to +300°C. Its flame-retardant properties, combined with outstanding resistance to ozone, UV radiation, aging, and harsh weather conditions, ensure long-lasting reliability in both indoor and outdoor applications. The opaque black wall effectively protects light-sensitive media, while its flexibility makes it perfectly suited for peristaltic pumps and other precision systems. Offering an economical alternative to VERSILON™ F-5500-A, this hose is available in practical roll lengths of 50 m (25 m for diameters 4–12 mm, 5 m from 15 mm), with working pressure defined by a 1:5 safety factor relative to burst pressure. With hardness levels of 60° or 70° Shore (A) depending on size, a density of 1.90 g/cm³, and a brittleness temperature of -20°C, it guarantees stable performance across a wide range of applications. Each hose is packaged in the CLEAN ROOM of Tubes International under strict quality standards, ensuring purity and safety of use; please note that returns are not possible once the packaging has been opened.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThis crystal-clear, highly flexible chemical hose is engineered with a multi-layer construction featuring an inner lining of premium FEP fluoropolymer, ensuring exceptional resistance and complete chemical inertness. Unlike rigid hoses made entirely of Teflon or other fluoropolymers, it offers superior flexibility while maintaining a smooth, non-reactive inner surface that prevents contamination of transported media. Designed to withstand a wide spectrum of aggressive substances, from corrosive chemicals to MEK-based solvents, it fully complies with stringent hygiene standards and is certified for food contact under US FDA 21 CFR 177.1550. Free from phthalates and BPA, non-toxic, and neutral in taste and odor, it guarantees safe use in sensitive applications. The hose can be sterilized with ethylene oxide, making it ideal for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing, chemical transfer, paints, adhesives, inks, toners, fertilizers, pesticides, and even semiconductor production. With a full roll length of 15 m, a working pressure defined by a 1:5 safety factor relative to burst pressure, and a maximum operating temperature of +74°C, it combines durability with reliability. Additional technical parameters include a brittleness temperature of -36°C, hardness of 66° Shore (A), and density of 1.21 g/cm³. Each product is packaged in the Tubes International Clean Room under strict quality standards, ensuring purity and safety, with returns not accepted once the packaging is opened.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThis lightweight, soft natural rubber hose in elegant light brown is a trusted solution for a wide range of industrial applications, combining exceptional flexibility with proven durability. With a hardness of 40° Shore (A) and impressive elasticity allowing elongation up to 500%, it ensures effortless installation and reliable performance even in demanding conditions. Resistant to abrasion as well as acids and bases, it is perfectly suited for transporting both liquids and gases, making it ideal for dosing and dispensing soaps, detergents, dairy and alcoholic products, or for use in laboratories. Its latex-like properties, combined with the ability to be sterilized with steam (30 minutes at 1 bar, 141°C) or ethylene oxide, guarantee hygienic safety in sensitive processes. Designed to withstand temperatures from -35°C to +70°C (up to 120°C in moist heat) and with a brittleness threshold of -40°C, it delivers consistent reliability across diverse environments. Each hose roll is supplied in lengths of 50 m (25 m for inner diameter 7 mm), with working pressure calculated at a 1:5 safety factor relative to burst pressure. Manufactured from high-quality natural rubber (NR) with a density of 0.98 g/cm³, the product is packaged in the Clean Zone of Tubes International (CLEAN ROOM), ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Please note: due to strict hygiene protocols, returns are not possible once the packaging has been opened.
Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page / DetailsThis traditional red natural rubber hose is a time-tested solution designed for reliability and versatility across a wide range of applications. Its exceptional softness and flexibility (45° Shore A) ensure effortless installation, while its outstanding elasticity and abrasion resistance guarantee long-lasting performance. With low gas permeability and strong resistance to acids and bases, it is perfectly suited for transporting both liquids and gases in industrial environments and laboratories. Certified to meet FDA requirements for food contact, it offers safe use in processes involving consumables, with the added benefit of sterilization options by steam (30 minutes at 1 bar, 141°C) or ethylene oxide. The hose operates efficiently in temperatures from -30°C to +70°C, withstanding up to 125°C in moist heat, and maintains durability even at a brittleness threshold of -40°C. Manufactured from high-quality natural rubber (NR) with a density of 1.13 g/cm³, it is supplied in convenient 25 m rolls, with working pressure defined by a 1:5 safety factor relative to burst pressure.
